01 · What I do
Two kinds of work,
one person.
Most jobs are one or the other. Plenty of businesses need both.
Ecommerce
For shops with real catalogues, where customers know what they want and need to find it.
-
Site search
Customers search by product code, size and manufacturer. Most shop search boxes fail all three. Those customers leave and buy elsewhere.
-
Listings & SEO
Product titles and descriptions written the way customers search. The right product turns up in Google, and in your own search box.
-
Speed
Most people visit on a phone, on mobile data. A slow site loses them before it finishes loading.
-
Automation
Supplier price lists, stock syncs, marketplace feeds. Jobs that take an evening a week and should take none.
IT support
For businesses too small to need someone in-house, and too busy to keep fighting it themselves.
-
Day-to-day support
Things that broke, and things that never worked right. Email, printing, accounts, devices.
-
Setup & migration
New machines, new starters, moving email and files somewhere better. Done without losing anything.
-
Backups & security
Backups that get tested. Passwords stored properly. Updates applied on time. Set up once, then checked.
Not sure which one you need?
Describe the problem in your own words. I'll tell you which it is, or if it's neither and who to ask instead.
